A Unique Blended Training Experience

I have designed this training to combine the depth and accessibility of online learning with the sacred connection and embodiment of an in-person ceremony. In a world that often feels disconnected, this journey is here to hold you in a space of healing, learning and community .

Through two zoom calls, a bonus pre recorded workshop and a Ceremonial Retreat Day, this training unfolds in three powerful parts to support learning, practice, integration, and embodiment.

Have completed Reiki Level 1 (Usui method) and feel ready to go deeper

Want to offer Reiki to others with more confidence and structure

Feel called to work with distance healing and emotional healing

Want to become a fully certified Reiki Practitioner and serve the community with paying sessions

Want support around visibility, confidence, and sharing your gifts

You do not need to plan to become a full‑time Reiki practitioner. This training is just as powerful for those using Reiki for family, self‑healing, and spiritual development.

Training Structure: Blended Learning Experience

This Level 2 training is offered in three parts, allowing time for learning, integration, and embodiment.

Zoom Gathering 1 — Foundations & Reiki Level 2 Theory

A live, interactive group call where we build on your Level 1 knowledge and explore:

What shifts energetically after Level 2

How Reiki works through intention, consciousness, and connection

Introduction to the three Usui Reiki symbols and their meanings

How and when to use each symbol

Ethics, responsibility, and energetic hygiene when working with others

How to prepare yourself energetically before giving Reiki

This session creates a strong theoretical and energetic foundation before your attunement day.

Zoom Gathering 2 — Business Energetics for Soul‑Led Healers

Even if you don’t plan to start a business, this workshop is deeply supportive for anyone sharing energy, care, and emotional labour with others.

In this session we explore:

Energetic blocks around charging, receiving, and valuing your work

How to run a Reiki business

Fear of being seen, judged, or misunderstood

Creating energetic and emotional boundaries with clients

How to support others without over‑giving or burning out

Staying in integrity and alignment while working with others

This workshop supports you to step into offering Reiki with confidence, sustainability, and self‑respect.

Pre‑Recorded Module — The Witch Wound & Healer Visibility

You will also receive access to a pre‑recorded healing and teaching module exploring the Witch Wound — a common subconscious pattern many healers carry around being seen and sharing their gifts.

This module gently supports:

Releasing ancestral and collective fears around persecution and silencing

Healing fear of standing out or being "too much"

Reclaiming confidence in your intuitive and healing abilities

Feeling safe to be visible, expressed, and spiritually open

This is powerful subconscious work that you can move through in your own time, allowing deeper integration.

Guiding Women inwards and home to themselves is Sophia's soul purpose. She is deeply devoted to facilitating this powerful work.

Sophia has spent the last 7 years immersing herself in Healing modalities. She has trained as a Reiki Master Teacher, Shamanic Healer, Womb Awakening facilitator, Yoga Teacher, Life Coach and NLP practitioner. Sophia is also studying a Degree in Psychology at the moment.

Seeing Women reignite their inner light, and realise their power and radiance is deeply fulfilling for Sophia.

Through the weaving of ancient teachings, both Western and Eastern, she finds great pleasure creating sacred spaces for people to learn to thrive, not just survive

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Do I need prior knowledge in Reiki or Healing?

Yes you need to have completed a Reiki Level 1 Certification.

Will there be any live calls for the online learning component?

Yes - Sunday 5th April at 6pm and Sunday 3rd May at 6pm.

The bonus workshop is pre recorded.

Am I able to start practicing Reiki once I have completed the training?

Yes you will be a fully certified Reiki Practitioner and able to hold sessions for clients if you wish.

Are there payment plans available?
