What to expect:


Sophia, who is a Master Energy Healer will take you through a talk on emotions, and how to process and release them. Embodiment exercises and tools to take home into your everyday life, and guided meditations to drop you deeper into your emotional body.

Josh, a trained breathwork facilitator, will guide a powerful breathwork workshop, allowing you to feel and express emotion in a safe and supportive environment.

Energy Healing during the breathwork workshop to further release, express and shift emotions.

Group exercises to allow you to drop your guard, connect to others and yourself, and allow your authentic self to be present.

Be surrounded by a group of like-minded individuals, and create enriching connections

-Reiki levels 1, 2 and Master level 3
-Certified Life Coach and NLP practitioner
-Yoga teacher - 150 hours Advanced Tantrik Hatha Training
-Has guided 100’s of people to heal and connect to themselves.


𝙅𝙤𝙨𝙝𝙪𝙖 𝘼𝙧𝙢𝙞𝙩𝙖𝙜𝙚

-Joshua is a certified breathwork coach that has helped facilitate Wim Hoff breathwork retreats and runs his own successful nutrition, exercise & wellness business along with brining Australian company TwoSix wellness (corporate wellness) to NZ shores.
-He has worked in many spaces teaching the science of breathwork and cold immersion, guiding breathwork journeys on a regular basis.
-Joshua is also involved in men's mental health company 'Brave Lads'
-Bachelors degree majoring in exercise science
-XPT performance breathing coach

If you feel nervous about coming along to an event by yourself, or for the first time, please know that you will be very well held and supported by the group and by the facilitators. Many people come by themselves and make wonderful connections by putting themselves outside of their comfort zone.
