Why this exists
This work is the accumulation of my life's work
Whole Womban Healing was never something I sat down and decided to invent. It emerged over years. Through my own complicated relationship with my womb and body. Through motherhood. Through healing. Through study and training. Through sitting with hundreds of women in one-to-one healing spaces. Through Reiki, womb work, psychology, nervous system work, breath, coaching, shamanic practice, energy healing, ritual, and years of developing my psychic and intuitive abilities.
And alongside everything I could study or be taught, there was another thread. The information I received intuitively.
I have been psychic for much of my life, and channelled guidance has become an important part of how I work. Over time I began receiving teachings, symbols, energetic practices and pieces of a healing system that felt as though they were asking to be brought together.
Whole Womban Healing is the place where those threads finally meet. It is both learned and lived. Grounded and intuitive. Human and sacred.
After years of practising this work privately, I feel ready to begin teaching other women how to carry it into their own communities.
What has been received
Not everything within this work came from something I studied
I am also a psychic and a channel. Over the years I have received teachings, practices, symbols and energetic attunements through my connection with what I experience as a higher intelligence. Some arrived slowly through my own healing. Others came through while I was working with women. Some have been received specifically for this body of work.
I share this plainly because it is a real part of how this method came to be, and because a woman deciding whether to train with me deserves to know how I work. What I receive is my own spiritual experience. I teach it as that, and never as fact you are asked to accept.

The method
Women do not arrive in separate parts
There are beautiful trainings in each of these areas on their own. Whole Womban Healing holds them together, because a woman's body, history, energy and spiritual life are not separate rooms she can be treated in one at a time.
Physical
The body, womb, cycle, nervous system, breath, fascia, pelvic space and embodied experience.
Emotional
Story, grief, anger, shame, motherhood, relationships, boundaries, identity, inner child and lived experience.
Energetic
Reiki, energetic awareness, intuitive sensing, sound, clearing, energetic boundaries and subtle-body practices.
Spiritual
Ritual, lineage, intuition, psychic development, channelled guidance, spiritual allies, land, sacred feminine teachings and the deeper mystery of womb healing.

The pathway
Three levels, one body of work
The Academy begins with your own healing and can carry you, if you want it, into practising as a Womb Healer. Each level is complete in itself, and no woman is expected to walk further than she came for.
Initiation
Each level carries an attunement
Each level of the Academy carries a sacred energetic initiation. These have come through Sophia's own spiritual practice and the guidance she receives, and they are transmitted ceremonially rather than taught from a page.
- A sacred attunement received at the completion of each level
- A private symbol belonging to that level, shared only within its initiation
- Teachings on how to work with what you receive inside your own practice
- Ceremonial transmission, held in person in Aotearoa or through a dedicated online ceremony
The symbols are never published, described or shown anywhere publicly, including on this website. They are revealed inside the initiation they belong to, and nowhere else.

Whole Womban Healing is not simply a collection of qualifications. It has been shaped equally by experience, and by what I believe has been channelled through me.
Where this work sits
Whole Womban Healing is complementary wellbeing and spiritual care. It does not diagnose, treat or cure any condition, and it does not replace medical, psychological or pelvic health care. Practitioners trained here are taught contraindications, scope of practice, consent and referral, including how to recognise when another professional is better placed to support the woman in front of them.
Sophia's own healing story is her lived experience. It is shared because it shaped this work, never as a promise of what another woman's body will do.
It begins with your own womb
Every woman who trains in this method walks Level I first. Whole Womban: The Return opens 1 March 2027, runs online for three months, and is open to women anywhere in the world.
