Reiki & Intuitive Healing

Come as you are.
Leave a little more yourself.

A deeply held, whole-person healing experience for women who need somewhere to put it all down.

Held privately in my healing space in Okura, Auckland, these sessions weave together Reiki, energy healing, breath, sound, intuitive guidance and honest conversation.

More than a Reiki session

Sometimes what we need isn't another thing to fix.

We need somewhere we can stop performing. Somewhere we can say what is really going on. Somewhere the body can soften, the mind can quieten and the things we've been carrying finally have space to move.

My sessions have evolved far beyond traditional Reiki. Reiki remains at the heart of my work, but over years of studying and practising energy healing, shamanic healing, breathwork, psychology, coaching, embodiment and nervous system work, I have developed a way of working that looks at the whole woman.

  • Your mind.
  • Your body.
  • Your energy.
  • Your emotions.
  • Your story.
  • Your spirit.

The way I work

Rather than deciding before you arrive what your healing should look like, I listen.

To what you tell me.

To what you're not quite able to put into words yet.

And to what I sense within the energetic space we create together.

From there, your session unfolds.

There is space for the whole conversation

Before you lie down, we talk. Not surface-level conversation. The real conversation.

What has been sitting heavily on your heart. The relationship you're questioning. The change you can't quite settle into. The version of yourself you're outgrowing. The fear beneath the busyness. The grief, anger, exhaustion, longing or uncertainty you haven't had anywhere to put.

Sometimes simply being witnessed without judgement changes something.

My background across coaching, psychology, healing and spiritual practice allows me to meet these conversations from more than one perspective, while always keeping the session centred on you and what feels supportive in that moment.

You don't have to arrive knowing what's wrong. Sometimes the words come once you finally feel safe enough to stop holding everything together.

Then we work with the body

Eventually, the conversation gives way to stillness. You remain fully clothed and settle onto the healing bed beneath blankets while I begin working intuitively with your energy.

Depending on what you need that day, your session may weave together:

Reiki & energy healing

Hands-on or hands-off energy work to invite greater softness, spaciousness and flow through the energetic body.

Breath

Gentle, intentional breathing to bring you out of the noise of the mind and back into your body.

Sound & vibration

Crystal bowls, tuning forks, voice, music and frequency may be woven through the session to deepen relaxation.

Shamanic & intuitive healing

Practices drawn from Sophia's shamanic studies and years of intuitive energy work, working symbolically and energetically with what presents.

Nervous system support

Grounding, breath, touch, sensation and simple embodied practices that support the body to soften.

Intuitive guidance

Imagery, sensations, words or themes may arise during the healing, shared with you afterwards to explore through your own intuition.

No fixed formula

You don't have to choose the modality

You are not booking sixty minutes of Reiki, followed by ten minutes of sound healing, followed by a card. You are booking a space to be deeply supported.

  • Some sessions are almost entirely quiet.
  • Some involve a lot of conversation.
  • Some are deeply energetic.
  • Some are soft and grounding.
  • Some bring tears.
  • Some bring clarity.
  • Some simply allow an exhausted woman to sleep more deeply than she has in months.

I don't believe healing follows a script.

Your session will meet the woman who walks through the door that day.

The space

A place made for healing

There is something about leaving your normal environment that allows the body to recognise: I don't have to be anywhere else right now.

My healing room is tucked away in Okura, on Auckland's North Shore, surrounded by nature and intentionally removed from the pace of everyday life. It isn't a clinical treatment room. It is a space that is lived with, loved and tended.

The room is prepared before you arrive. The bed is warmed. Candles are lit. The space is cleared. Music is chosen. Everything is slowed down. Outside there are trees, birds, open air and the quieter rhythm of life near the coast.

I want arriving here to feel like part of the healing. The drive out. The change in landscape. Walking through the door. Taking your shoes off. Being handed something warm. Realising that, for the next little while, nobody needs anything from you.

Women often spend so much of their lives tending to everyone and everything around them.

This is a space that has been tended for you.

  1. Leave the noise

  2. Arrive in nature

  3. Talk

  4. Breathe

  5. Receive

  6. Integrate

  7. Return

Who this is for

You might come because...

  • You're exhausted from holding everything together.
  • Life has changed and your body hasn't quite caught up.
  • You feel disconnected from yourself.
  • You're moving through grief, motherhood, relationship changes or a period of becoming.
  • Your mind is constantly busy and you can't remember what true rest feels like.
  • You know something needs to shift, but you can't quite name what.
  • You're opening spiritually and want somewhere grounded to explore what you're experiencing.

Or maybe nothing is dramatically wrong. You simply feel the pull to come.

That is enough.

What you may leave with

Not necessarily answers to everything. But perhaps more space around it.

  • A quieter mind
  • A softer body
  • More clarity
  • A deeper connection to yourself
  • More trust in your intuition
  • A sense of grounding
  • The feeling of having finally exhaled

My approach

I have spent years exploring healing from many different directions. I am a Reiki Master Teacher, and my work has been shaped by further study and experience across shamanic healing, breathwork, coaching, psychology, embodiment, nervous system practices, sound and intuitive energy work.

I don't believe any single modality holds every answer. And I don't believe my role is to heal you.

My role is to create the conditions where you can hear yourself more clearly.

  • To hold the space.
  • To ask the questions.
  • To work with the energy.
  • To help the body soften.
  • To notice what is asking for attention.

Sometimes, to gently remind you of something a deeper part of you already knows.

Your session

An afternoon for yourself

I intentionally hold only a limited number of private sessions. I don't want this work to feel rushed or transactional, and I don't want another woman waiting at the door while you are still finding your feet.

Your time includes space to arrive, talk, receive your healing and integrate afterwards.

  • Come in comfortable clothing.
  • You don't need to prepare anything.
  • You don't need to meditate beforehand.
  • You don't need to know anything about Reiki.
  • And you certainly don't need to arrive feeling spiritual, calm or put together.

Come exactly as you are.
