I understand that Reiki does not take the place of medical care. My Reiki Master Practitioner, Sophia Cataldo, is not a licensed physician. I understand that Reiki Master Practitioners do not diagnose conditions, nor do they prescribe or perform medical treatment, prescribe substances, nor interfere with the treatment of a licensed medical professional.

Reiki, womb healing, energy work and yoga are complementary practices that support relaxation and wellbeing. They are not a substitute for professional medical, psychological or psychiatric care, diagnosis or treatment.

I understand that these treatments will not replace conventional medical diagnosis or treatment. I will continue taking medication prescribed by a licensed medical physician and will continue to follow his/her/their instructions. I release my Reiki Master Practitioner from all legal liability during my participation in her treatment/s.

If you have a medical or psychological condition, please consult your doctor before booking, and let Sophia know of anything relevant so your session can be held safely.

Please advise of any cancellations within 24 hours of your appointment to avoid late fees.

Sessions are confirmed once booked. If you need to reschedule, reach out as early as you can and Sophia will do her best to find a new time that works for you.

Our priority at Heal with Sophia is your happiness. If you are unhappy with your session with Sophia, she will happily provide you with a full refund. Your healing journey is of the utmost importance.

For multi-week trainings, in-person events and online courses, specific deposit and refund terms are shared at the time of enrolment and take precedence over the general refund note above.

Access to the Sacred Learning portal and any online course or digital content is granted for your personal, non-commercial use only. Please do not share, copy, resell or redistribute course materials, recordings or attunement content.

All content on this website, including writing, teachings, imagery and course materials, belongs to Sophia Cataldo and may not be reproduced without permission. You are warmly welcome to share links to the site.

When you join the circle or send an enquiry, your details are used only to respond to you and, if you have opted in, to send occasional emails. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email. Your information is never sold or shared.

These terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand. Heal with Sophia is based in Auckland, Aotearoa New Zealand.
