This Reiki Master Training is for practitioners who feel called to deepen their connection with Reiki, embody their gifts more fully, and step into a new level of confidence, leadership and service.
Through a blend of online learning, live teaching, ceremony, energetic activation and practical integration, you will receive the Reiki Master symbol and attunement while being held in a deeply nurturing and transformational container.

The training unfolds in three powerful parts, with time for learning, practice, integration and embodiment.
Part One · Online
Zoom Gathering: Master 3A Theory
A live online gathering with the foundational teachings of Reiki Mastery: the history and significance of Master level, the Master Symbol and its meaning, working with Master-level energy, advanced energetic awareness, deepening intuition, the evolution from practitioner to leader, and the ethics of mastery.
Part Two · Online
Business Energetics & Breathwork with Sophia Harris
A powerful workshop blending breathwork, nervous system healing and business energetics to release the subconscious blocks that hold you back: visibility and self-trust, releasing the fear of being seen, expanding your capacity to receive, nervous system regulation for leadership, and aligning your energy with your purpose.
Part Three · In Person
Ceremonial Retreat & Attunement Day
Sunday 15 November 2026 at The Life Centre, Ponsonby. A retreat-style day of initiation held with intention, grounding and nervous-system-aware facilitation so your body and energy can fully receive the upgrade.
What you will learn
The traditional Usui Reiki Level 3A teachings, woven with Sophia’s own knowledge.
The Reiki Master Symbol
Receive and learn to work with the Master Symbol: its meaning, how to weave it into sessions, how it strengthens and amplifies Reiki, and how to work with it for your own healing and transformation.
Advanced Reiki Practice
Work with Reiki at a more intuitive level: refining your energetic sensitivity, deepening your channel, trusting the guidance that arises, and learning chakra repair and restructure and pendulum work.
Embodying the Reiki Principles
Live the principles more deeply: self-responsibility, presence, peace and self-awareness, aligning your choices and relationships with your values, and walking the path with integrity.
The Healer's Journey
The difference between doing healing and embodying it: developing confidence in your gifts, working from service rather than self-doubt, and holding stronger boundaries while staying grounded.
Holding Space & Healing Leadership
Create safe, supportive containers, develop deeper presence, hold space for emotional and energetic shifts, and lead from authenticity rather than perfection.

Meet your mentor
Sophia
Guiding women inwards and home to themselves is Sophia’s soul purpose. Over the past seven years she has trained as a Reiki Master Teacher, shamanic healer, womb awakening facilitator, yoga teacher, life coach and NLP practitioner, and is currently studying psychology.
She teaches Reiki not just as a technique, but as a relationship with energy, intuition and self-trust, weaving traditional Usui Reiki with nervous system awareness, feminine and intuitive healing, and trauma-informed, gentle practices. Her intention is for you to leave confident in your skills, grounded in your body, trusting your intuition, and empowered to share Reiki in your own unique way.

Sophia Harris is a trauma-informed breathwork facilitator, master NLP and Timeline Therapy coach, spinal attunement practitioner, energy healer and intuitive channel, and one of Sophia’s longest friends. Drawing on over a decade of personal growth and professional experience, she creates powerful transformational spaces that blend breathwork, subconscious reprogramming, nervous system healing and energetic work. For this training she facilitates a special Business Energetics and Breathwork workshop, supporting you to clear blocks around visibility, abundance and self-expression.
Certification
Step into the title of Reiki Master
On completion of the training and attunement, you receive your Reiki Master 3A certificate in the Usui lineage, full permission to practise Reiki on others, and the ability to offer distance Reiki sessions.
