Your chosen room and energy exchange include the complete Sophia Codes Retreat experience from 22–24 January 2027.

Places are limited and room preferences are confirmed in the order deposits are received.

Set above Auckland's wild west coast, Kula Muriwai has been thoughtfully designed to support gathering, restoration and retreat.

Across the property, each bedroom and cabin carries its own feeling.

Some offer sweeping ocean views. Some invite quiet and privacy. Others create the opportunity to share the experience with friends or women you are yet to meet.

Beautiful linen, towels and all essential accommodation comforts will be provided.

Attending with someone you know?

If you are attending with a friend or loved one and would like to share a room, include her name within your booking enquiry.

We will do our best to place you together, subject to room availability and confirmation from both guests.

If you are attending alone and select a shared room, we will thoughtfully match you with another retreat guest.

Energy exchange & payment plans

Securing your place

A $500 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your accommodation.

Your room is not confirmed until the deposit has been received.

The remaining balance must be paid in full before the retreat.

Six-month payment plans are available from the date your deposit is paid.

How a payment plan works

  1. 01A 500 dollar deposit per guest secures your room today.
  2. 02Your remaining balance is divided into six monthly payments.
  3. 03The first payment is taken one month later, then monthly.
  4. 04Each payment is charged automatically and receipted by Stripe.
  5. 05The plan ends by itself once the balance is paid in full.

Important retreat information

All food will be prepared with care.

Guests must disclose any:

  • Serious allergies
  • Medical conditions relevant to participation
  • Pregnancy
  • Injuries or mobility considerations
  • Mental health concerns that may affect safe participation

The Sophia Codes Retreat is an alcohol-free, smoke-free, vape-free and drug-free experience.

Guests are responsible for any damage they cause to the property or its contents.

Retreat terms

A $500 deposit is required to secure each place and is non-refundable.

The remaining balance must be paid in full before the retreat. The final payment date will be confirmed with you when your booking is made.

Transferring your place

Where a guest is unable to attend, any transfer of her place remains subject to:

  • Approval from Sophia and Sofire
  • The suitability of the replacement guest
  • The selected room arrangement
  • Completion of all required participant information
