Sophia combines powerful Healing techniques to provide a deeply nourishing and healing experience + Reiki Energy Healing + Crystal Healing + Chakra Balancing + Meditation + Breathing Techniques + Intuitive guidance A session consists of: 10 min pre treatment discussion 70 min Reiki energy healing and Crystal healing 10 min post treatment check in and card reading with Sophia The 90 minute session is wonderful for initial consultations and those wishing to go deeper with their healing experience, with Sophia working through all the chakras to balance, and deeper healing on other specific parts of the body that require it. The 90 minute session is also beneficial for someone wishing to overcome a particular issue, whether emotional or physical (eg anxiety), as this allows Sophia to dive deep into working with this, as well as allowing adequate attention for the rest of the body and energetic system. This longer session also allows extra time for discussion around how I can help with specific issues you may be experiencing, and take home advice. You will receive an intuitively chosen crystal for use at home, and a follow up email and personalised plan.
