Energetic Alignment - 3x 60min Sessions

Service Description

Sophia recommends her Healing packages particularly for new clients and clients wanting to overcome a specific issue they have had for sometime, such as anxiety. Gifting yourself three sessions allows for and is not limited to; deep energetic shifts, chakra rebalancing, reprogramming of subconscious patterning and conditioning, deep relaxation and stress relief and spiritual growth and expansion. Sophia recommends spacing the sessions at least six days apart, and no longer than 12 days apart. This allow for maximum body and mind recalibration. Book in for your first session online, and from there Sophia will book your follow up sessions in person, based on her assessment.
